  • Founder & Managing Partner

    Davinah (she/they) is a full spectrum doula and educator living as a guest on unceded Suquamish territory, commonly known as Seabeck, WA. Her background is in Higher Education, birth justice/doula work, perinatal health consulting/strategy, and somatic coaching. She leans on her intuition, humor, and storytelling to drive her work. When she is not working, she enjoys creating and indulging in beautiful food with those she loves, gardening, and making absurd amounts of playlists.

    Kristy (she/they) is a dedicated strategist and facilitator with over 14 years of experience in healthcare systems and managed care. A big-picture thinker and lover of nuance, she specializes in perinatal health, community-based providers, and value-based care, and has worked with a diverse range of healthcare providers and facilities to improve outcomes. In her time away from work Kristy is raising a rambunctious toddler, tending a neighborhood coop of chickens, and enjoys a good book with a cup of tea.
